• How many exhibition stands did your team build for the Dubai VAPE Show in 2022?

We worked and delivered on seven different display stands.

 

• What kinds of stands were given, and why?

Every stand was constructed using wooden fabrication. Structures were finished with roller paint, and display counters were painted with glossy spray paint finish. Graphic Details. Vinyl Graphics, Lights box finished with high quality seamless graphics. 3D lit logos were used for the logos.

 

• How did you organise and handle logistics while working on several installations in one day?

  
  Three days prior to the exhibitions, we always complete the manufacturing of the stands and thoroughly pack them. Our project manager  verifies  that all stand components are prepared for installation according to the checklist with the storekeeper. In accordance with the venue and location, the transportation coordinator will load the things from the list he gives him. This ensures a timely and accurate handover of the stands.

 

• What criteria were taken into account when planning, creating, and branding for your clients?

   

  Every stand has fundamental production and installation procedures that include an initial inspection of the stand’s components, a build-up plan, and a handover period.After completing our fundamental investigations, we prepare for the construction of the components to enable quick and simple installation on site.Additionally, experts are there to ensure the performance runs smoothly and that any problems are resolved right away.

   

• Which stall types can be constructed and placed in a remarkably short period of time?

Without using any sophisticated components, we can create any basic exhibition stand. We don’t accept any work that we can’t complete promptly and provide in accordance with Regal’s quality standards.

All of our installers are knowledgeable and resourceful individuals that possess very good experience in the field and familiarity with our exhibition products. Every installation is unique, and things usually need to be done in a specific order, so each build requires some level of supervision and management. However, they should also be taken into account as a whole in order to complete them all as quickly as possible.

When there are multiple installations at a show, the traditional distribution of labour is slightly altered. The administration will be handled by a “site manager,” who is responsible for organising each build and numerous groupings of resources, including team leaders, heavy lifters, vans, exhibition equipment, tools and hardware, on-site electricians, etc.
